The design process may include your ideas or sample designs we have available in store. From sketching the design to the wax mold to the finished piece, each step is approved before the next begins. All custom designing and work is done “in house” from start to finish in a timely manner and with in your budget.
JEWELRY REPAIR
All of our jewelry repairs are done on site using the latest techniques and up to date equipment. All repairs and estimates are usually complete within 7 business days. At Engels Jewelry Company we recognize the monetary and sentimental value of each piece entrusted to our care. The following is a sample of the repairs we do; Ring sizing, chain repair, stone tightening, prong re-tipping, complete refurbish.

Here at Engels Jewelry Company we provide excellent repair services on many makes and models of watches. We can service your watch from band adjustments and batteries to replacing the crystal or movement.
APPRAISALS
All jewelry and watch appraisals are done on site using an accredited jewelry appraisal computer program. All appraisal items are cleaned and inspected before being evaluated. Each item is weighed, stones measured and graded and any necessary tests are performed in order to ensure an accurate appraised value. We offer Estate, Insurance, and Fair Market Value Appraisals.
