How do I apply for financing?
Engels Jewelry Company offers six and twelve month interest free financing through Synchrony! This allows you to get that engagement ring, diamond bracelet, gemstone ring, luxury watch… whatever it may be NOW and pay for it later – INTEREST FREE!

What is your return policy?
We offer a ten (10) day return policy on all estate and sterling silver collection items; items must be in original condition. Payment will be refunded in the same currency format that was used at purchase (i.e. cash/card/check).
NO RETURNS on Custom Designed Jewelry or Special Order Items.
Two (2) day return policy on pre-owned watches, purses and handbags.

What type of warranty do you offer?
We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all custom designed rings & jewelry pieces!
While our lifetime warranty does not cover the cost of the main stone if it goes missing, it does include rhodium plating, prong re-tipping, and lose or missing side stones.
One (1) year warranty on estate collection and all repaired items.

How will I receive my online order?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items over $2,500, all other items will be charged a FLAT $5 shipping and handling fee. All items under $2500 will be shipped USPS flat rate mail. Items over $2500 will be shipped USPS priority overnight delivery.
