Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange eligible items within 10 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used at purchase (cash, card, or check).
We do NOT accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Special orders
- Lab-grown diamond jewelry
- Luxury purses and watches
Shipping Policy
Engels Jewelry Company offers FREE SHIPPING on all items.
- Orders under $2,500 are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail
- Orders over $2,500 are shipped via USPS Priority Overnight
